By downloading, installing, or using The Verdict (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

The Verdict is a free daily opinion poll app. Each day, a new statement is presented and users can vote Agree or Disagree. After voting, aggregated results are shown. The App is provided for entertainment purposes.

The App is available to users of all ages. No account or personal information is required to use the App.

The App, including its design, logo, name, code, and content, is owned by Christian Weber. All rights reserved. Daily questions and statements are original content or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

7. Shared Content

The App allows you to share your voting results as an image. When you share, you grant us no additional rights — the shared image is generated on your device and shared through your device’s standard sharing functionality.

8. Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications. You can opt out at any time through your device’s Settings. Notifications are used solely to remind you about the daily question.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the App at any time for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
