1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using The Verdict (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

The Verdict is a free daily opinion poll app. Each day, a new statement is presented and users can vote Agree or Disagree. After voting, aggregated results are shown. The App is provided for entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages. No account or personal information is required to use the App.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of voting on daily questions
• Not attempt to manipulate vote counts or interfere with the App’s operation
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App

5. Voting

• You may cast one vote per question per day
• Votes are anonymous and cannot be changed once submitted
• Vote results are displayed as aggregated percentages and are visible to all users
• We reserve the right to reset or remove vote data at any time

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logo, name, code, and content, is owned by Christian Weber. All rights reserved. Daily questions and statements are original content or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

7. Shared Content

The App allows you to share your voting results as an image. When you share, you grant us no additional rights — the shared image is generated on your device and shared through your device’s standard sharing functionality.

8. Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications. You can opt out at any time through your device’s Settings. Notifications are used solely to remind you about the daily question.

9. Availability & Changes

• The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Daily questions may not be available every day
• We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christian Weber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided for entertainment only and should not be relied upon for any decision-making purpose.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the App at any time for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
